I'll be thrilled with both.

I doubt we get both.

ChaosTheory 04-24-2025 09:35 PM

Colts got Warren.

I knew I should have said either, but fuck it, the sentiment is still the same!

I was just being a dick.

Now they get their pick of the two. Unless Ballard trades back.

For the record I'd rather have Walker just slightly, but it's close to a coin flip for me.

Not sure why Ballard is waiting.

Racehorse 04-24-2025 09:39 PM

It is Warren. Yippee

nate505 04-24-2025 09:39 PM

Yay! I'm definitely happy with Warren.

Butter 04-24-2025 09:40 PM

Coo!

They announced it like 2 seconds after MIA picked. They knew.

It's simultaneously the chalkest pick in the draft but also... I'm really surprised it worked out.

Loveland seems like he went from low 20's to top 10 in a week.

apballin 04-24-2025 09:45 PM

Fuck yes!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m away from any television, so I am following online.

Nah, it was just media catching up to the teams. Loveland is the better receiver and route runner. He’s better than bowers in that regard. It’s a passing league. That said I think the both fit the offenses that took them.

Warren can do it all, we may finally be able to punch it in from the 1 yard line!

Colts fans apparently got their wish. This dude better produce from day one.
Welcome aboard and good luck, Warren.

IndyNorm 04-24-2025 10:15 PM

Nice! Glad Ballard didn't fuck it up. I'm sure he was super high on the A&M RAS guy who hasn't done shit on the field.

That's probably what took him so long to get the pick in.

Spike 04-24-2025 10:50 PM

I'm late to the party, remodeling my man cave. Absolutely love the pick, glad Ballard didn't fuck it up! Never thought he would fall to us. Great day one for the Colts.

Thorgrim 04-24-2025 11:45 PM

Nice job Ballard.

Now get your ass back to work.

An excllent RB in the backfield with Taylor.

A now high end 3-down TE who is every young QBs best friend in Warren.

A high impact slot receiver in Downs who just seems to do it all.

Outside WR choices of Pittman, Mitchell, Pierce and Dulin.

And an O-Line that SHOULD still be one of the top ten or so in the league for pass pro. Hopefully, one of our 2nd round or 3rd round draft choices is an O-Lineman who can press for RG starting duties.

AR has every advantage of showing that he can be a NFL franchise QB.

Again, I hope that I am wrong and by the end of the season I am singing his praises but I think he is going to show that he is not.

The only thing this offense lacked was an impact TE, which is now filled. We also have some young guys who hopefully take a step and can be a cherry on top. Woods hasn't had a chance.

AR has everything he could possibly ask for, including an offensive/QB-minded HC. The offense is solid all around, so it's fuck or walk for him. Same with Jones. He's never had this kind of support around him.

Hopefully we don't have to answer the latter because AR takes the job and runs with it. But like you, I'm not holding my breath.

nate505 04-25-2025 12:25 PM

Not to totally excuse Richardson, because his accuracy was god awful last season, but one thing he could use from the offense is guys who can catch the fucking ball.
