Hopefully we're all being chicken little's about this, but there sure is a lot of smoke suggesting that Luck is done for good. I hope the dumb fuck twins are proud of themselves

Repeat after me, David Carr.

David Carr was never even close to as good as Andrew Luck at his best.

I get just the opposite impression from the story than "Andrew Luck is done".

If he is seeing multiple specialists and they are not finding anything wrong, that means he needs time and to work through the rehab process.

If there was something they are finding wrong and trying to fix it and can't, then he might be done.

Which tends to support the idea that there isn’t anything structurally wrong and that he just needs to throw in order to get through this period of soreness. The same thing happens with athletes after ACL recovery. The knee won’t feel quite right, but playing is the last step of the rehab to get through lingering scar tissue and rebuild confidence in the knee.

I'm not a doctor but in my perception a Labrum and an ACL are two very different things.

Racehorse touched on Brees' past injury in another thread. I wasn't sure but Brees did, in fact, tear his labrum.

James Andrews has said in the past Brees' recovery from that injury is the most remarkable he's ever witnessed. Hopefully Brees is not the exception to the rule. I am skeptical that others should expect to be so lucky and could see Luck attempting to come back just to have his shoulder let him down.

I was going to mention that one of the other times it was brought up, but I wasn't sure of the doctor and was too lazy to look it up, let alone link to the story. Drew Brees results are far from the norm.

You don't really have a point, as Luck never showed a fear of standing in the pocket and delivering the ball. I get that you're panicking and buying into this narrative that his career is over. I don't buy it, and beyond that, your "point" is baseless.
