The first set of organizations has near constant flux in their front office. The second set of organizations has near constant consistency in their front office. The results speak to which approach is more effective.

Nobody wants the Jets or Browns brand here. There is a shitload of difference between replacing your GM every 2-3 years and wanting him gone after a decade of mediocre play. I honestly don’t know what you find upsetting in a, mostly, anodyne statement that touched most bases..
