I know I am a prick. I just wanted to mention the obvious fact that you like to spam the board with hateful political articles, but when it comes to the reason we all come here, you only posted a link.

I think the entire staff knows that they can’t run him into the ground. Hence the emphasis on increased use of the other backs. Hopefully Ryan is good enough that they aren’t forced to run into bad fronts like they were with Carson.

I'm a little concerned that Taylor has received so much hype between the end of last season and this season that I worry that it might be hard to stop it from going to his head. He seems very humble from everything I've seen in the media, but many prior athletes have fallen prey to this sort of thing, so it's concerning to me nonetheless.

It also seems like expectations are so sky high for him that he is bound to disappoint to some degree, particularly given the fact that the Colts want to spread the ball around a lot more than last season.

He won't run for 1800 yards this season, due to an improved passing game. But I expect 1500+ yards.

If teams cant stack the box against an improved passing game, he’s going to get his yards. Pick your poison.

I'm hoping Taylor has a successful, injury free season and that he has less than 300 carries.

Game 1

31 Carries and 4 receptions = 35 touches
at this pace 595 touches over 17 games
going wear this kid out.
