Also, Hines scares the fuck out of me every time he's back there waiting to return a punt. Watching him dive for a catch is even worse.

He's young enough you might be able to keep him, but if Ballard sold Irsay that this team was ready to win now, Irsay has to be mad as hell!

It's what Reich run teams do, get behind early and have to climb a hill to get back into a game.

if Irsay were to fire Reich this season I would want Ventrone as thew interim coach.

As far as the OL goes, I know Ballard and Reich are getting crap for the lack of talent and the lack of coaching, but IMO the players themselves should be getting the most grief. Kelly/Nelson/Smith are talented, and have played in the league for a while. They have no excuses for being so poor this season.

I think the team is close, but coaching and line play is holding us back. We should have a decent line, but they are playing very poorly.
