3rd and 19. How do you give that up. Then I saw guys dodging around blocks instead of taking them on to close lanes.

Good officials are hard to find. But if they are really bad they are let go. They get graded after every game and every snap they see is evaluated.

The Texans have converted a 4th and 1 around the opponent's 20ish yard line and a 4th and goal from the 1 yard line. We failed at both of those things last week.
