This team is not as bad as the current score would lead you to believe, however they were never as good as their 7 and 1 record against weaker competition was championed by many of you Colts fans back then. Their final record will be what most of us felt it would be when asked at seasons' beginning what we thought. DJ is a good but not great QB, the OL is good but has absolutely no depth, the DL is without a pass rush, the linebackers are not good at all, the DBs are decent but without a pass rush, they can't play press coverage. You have two studs on offense JT and Tyler Warren.

Even when totally healthy, this would be a good but not great team. Also, I believe Steichen is not a good play caller.

I agree, he looks very good, I like his mobility and he throws a nice ball. He will only get better and he is not that bad right now!

A lot of people. Problem is, what GM would want the job with no 1st round picks for 2 years, no QB, and a blown up team? This has potential to be "Andrew Luck retiring" level disaster. But we have months to talk about that...

Leonard put together a couple good drives. Bad call at the end of the half, bad PI call on last drive.

That little short armed pass into the ground to Pierce, that is EXACTLY why Leonard can't play in the NFL. In the pocket he does not have NFL caliber skills. On the run, he can be fantastic, but he is not an NFL caliber pocket QB unfortunately.
