Colts are fighting last years results. Announcers always goes off last year. I have the colts audio going.

Every other sport has each team employ their own announcers. Why does the NFL think Spero Dedes, Ian Eagle, Solomon Wilcotts, Dan Fouts, etc. know anything worth hearing for any particular team's fan base beyond the few they follow closely?
