Maybe there was an agreement to keep that part in house. You call it lying, as if you think the team is transparent all the time. We both know better than that. Just know that either Shane said nothing, or he said something, and the two agreed to keep it private. My guess is they are keeping it private for a mutual benefit. First, if AR says what it was, it could hurt his chances later in the league. Second, if Shane says what it is, he could hurt the Colts trade compensation if they choose to go that route. Neither side benefits from putting it out there for public consumption.

Don't forget Nick Cross starting for 1 1/2 games two season ago.

Okay, color me lost, perplexed, fucking dismayed, fucking pissed, whatever you want to color me...

So from what I have been seeing all day in catch ups, numerous leaders of this team are confirming they were not alerted of this by the team, not by Steichan or even Ballard, but instead got it through the media just like us.

Add in that yesterday AR when asked if he was explained why he was losing his spot said "Nah not really, I just gotta get better", only for today Steichen to come out and say he AND Ballard had a 30-45 minute convo directly with AR about it...

Man if so, man just gut this entire structure- GUT IT. If Steichen is so bad at communicating critical team dynamics to our core guys, if he didn't even explain the evaluation to AR until a day after (radio guys are concluding he didn't initially explain it but then later sat him down- after AR's comments) man just can his ass right fucking now too.
