Yeah, Brissett stares down his receiver and then doesn't know where his other options are. He is really sucking. 40 yards passing in a half with a pick and 2 sacks - 1 of which should have been a big play to Mack.

I would hope so, but they way they're handling Eli doesn't indicate that they know what they're doing.
