Okay us Colt fans are not used to loosing football games fullstop, inparticular during the regular season so it sure does hurt to loose our season opener, especially at home in our brand new stadium vs the Bears a team many dont rate.
Obviously after a loss theres always plenty of negative talk going on here and alot of it is justified, lets face it the Colts were pretty pathetic today, that was one sloppy game that we really just have to forget. At least Peyton now has a game under his belt and the Colts will practice there butts of this coming week in order to get ready for the Vikes and steer clear of a scary 0-2 start.
A loss is not the end of the world, and Colt fans dont panic there are always going to be the odd games where things just dont work and we are as flat as a pancake, today was that day and yes we lost and yes are 0-1 and less then a week away from having to somehow slow down Adrian Peterson and the Vikes or we will slip to 0-2, but we will bounce back from this !!
Be positive we are a very good side, and we have huge talent over most of the board, Im hugely disapointed and angry with the loss but we cant dwell on it, its time to move on and get back on track. We have far to much talent to not come back from this. Obviously our run defense needs to get its **** together or Adrian Peterson will crack 300 on us next week, the offense needs to find some kind of rhythm and get into its stride, we need to stop dropping the ball and please can we get the ground game going !!
We arent 0-8, we are 0-1 !! Just think how the Pats feel - they have lost Brady for the season it could be a hell of alot worse then a 0-1 start to a long season
