Not long.

I must admit the Packers did everything they could to lose that game just on penalties.
When QBs move to a new team, I would think their adjustment is the most difficult.
The rational fan would have to look at the problems over the past 2 years is their defense. Their play makers are no longer that.
Last night when the Bears were in the read zone late in the 4th, I turned the game off thinking "Bears win".
ON the news they make mention of Cutler's 4 INTs, but nothing about the run being a disaster and the Pack's secondary is pretty good.
I do wonder if there is too much hype to Cutler. I think teams always have a way of winning with an elite QB despite how bad the rest of the team is. This I never saw in Cutler. He's no Manning.

While Cutler looked pretty bad, a lot of it can be blamed in the WRs. When they invested so heavily in hims, I was shocked they did no pursue some vetren wideout. If I am the Bears I am talkin gto Wade, Harrison and any other vet Free agent. right now.

They are still tying to pry Marshall out of Denver, LOL. Yeah, neither of those guys are going to help Cutler. He's got to learn to throw it away and not blame anyone else when he does something stupid.

He has no receivers. He was throwing it like Brandon Marshall was still there to catch the ball. He is an immature punk, it'll take a few years for him to learn to manage a game and not just launch the ball.

That fake punt didn't help their cause either. Don't know if it was Lovies
call or the longsnappers. I'm glad my Packer fan friends went home
happy but they were fortunate to win that game, I thought CHI
outplayed them, controlling both lines of scrimmage.

I doubt they would help. Cutler cost them 2 #1s, so they won't be able get em that way and WRs are not cheap in free agency.

You must have watched a completely different game. The Packers front 7 had their way with the Bears O-line. They harassed Cutler all night and Forte looked like he was running into a wall.
I thought Chicago was lucky to even be in the game after the first half.

Guess the two of us did watch a completely different game. IMO,The Bears D line just simply
mauled the packer O line, consistently getting to Rodgers and shutting down the running game. I thought Chicago moved the ball well at times but the
picks killed them. GB put some pressure on Cutler but nowhere near
what was put on Rodgers.

I really think Cutler has always been way over rated. Denver had no idea the quality of system they had with Shannahan. No matter how bad the team was, Shannahan always made running backs come from no where and produce, so Cutler had that to his advantage the last couple years. When a team played Denver, they always played to defend the run first, and then the pass.
Hell, Jake freaking Plummer looked great in that system.
Cutler has talent, but he thinks he has the skills too. There is a big difference. He is too arrogant to listen to people who try to help his ass. He looks like he is on his way to possibly having a Kerry Collins or even Jeff George type carreer. Tons of talent, but no sense or ability to keep it together. At least Collins humbled and resurrected his career some what. the verdict is still out there with Cutler.

That's a pretty good analysis. Denver always played good football for the 1st half of the season and tanked. I consider him part of that equation. He may be good but not elite to take a team that down spirals at the end of the season.
