Reich says practice will be split -- half in pads and half walk-through

Reich: T.Y. (quad) and Darius Leonard (concussion) will not practice today.

T.Y. Hilton, who re-aggravated a quad injury during Sunday’s victory over the Falcons, says his leg is “doing better,” but his status for Week 4 against the Raiders remains up in the air

Jabaal Sheard (knee) will be limited in practice today. Been a gradual process. Sounds like he might be another week away from being game-ready.

Yep, I think it's almost a given we are going without TY, DL, Sheard... Frank is betting his youngsters can beat the hapless Raiders.

Lewis hurt his ankle on his really nice pressure of Ryan in the 2nd quarter. Such a shame he got hurt because it was a really good interior rush.

These injuries are going to hurt a lot this week. Okereke and Walker got a bit better as the day went on against Atlanta. Hopefully they can continue it into next week.
It would be nice to get Sheard back in the rotation as well. And hopefully Turay is healthy enough for more snaps.
Thanks for the info, next man up.

No major surprises on the players officially ruled OUT so far:
https://twitter.com/zkeefer/status/1177641518611517440
Officially ruled OUT for Sunday's game vs. the Raiders:
» LB Darius Leonard
» DL Tyquan Lewis

this means TY Hilton and Jabaal Sheard could both play, but it's still up in the air.

TY Hilton says he’s feeling better, he’s ahead of schedule, but on whether or not he’ll play “You’ll find out Sunday”
Perhaps light at the end of the tunnel for DL???

Darius Leonard is starting to make progress through the concussion protocol, Reich says, although he has been ruled out for Sunday.

I’m actually pleased they are taking their time with Leonard. This CTE thing is nothing to mess with

I am a little surprised that Sheard is listed as Questionable. I thought he might be back the following week (which is still possible)
https://twitter.com/JoelAErickson/status/1177674494082781184
TY Hilton is DOUBTFUL for Sunday’s game, Jabaal Sheard is QUESTIONABLE along with Pierre Desir and Al-Quadin Muhammad

Colts bring Ashton Dulin up from the practice squad and waive cornerback/special teamer Ryan Lewis. Signs going the wrong way for Hilton.
Eh....it also could mean that the Colts like Rolan Milligan more on special teams than Ryan Lewis.

Problem is that there’s a high risk of CTE even if you don’t get concussions. There are tons of subconcussive hits to the head in football that have also been show to increase the risk.
