I am glad, he may have his demons, but I think he has been a decent owner committed to winning.

Jim Irsay and the Colts are synonymous ........ Jim was a 16 year-old waterboy for the 1975 Baltimore Colts, and he has never stopped loving them for more than 4 decades, spanning 2 cities. To him, selling the Colts would probably almost feel like he was selling his own son or daughter.

I was pissed that he kept that sweaty wart hog and Pags too long, but overall, he has been a damn good owner.

I'd have liked to see who was interested. Has to be better than handing it off to the frozen yogurt sisters.

Agreed. Whatever his faults, the guy seems to put the best interests of the Colts, the players and the fans first. I really don't think we can reasonably expect more from a team owner. I might go as far to say that he's the best owner in the league (if I had done a thorough analysis of all of the owners, which I have not).

At one time I think some dudes from Saudi Arabia wanted to buy them.
