I remember Glasgow playing for all losing teams in Baltimore and Indianapolis between 1979 and 1986 ........ fortunately, he got to enjoy winning a division title and going to the playoffs in his final season with the team (1987) after they acquired Eric Dickerson in late October. He played 5 more seasons with the Seahawks between 1988 and 1992 before retiring, wrapping up a solid, 14-year career.

Yeah, and Nesby explained why that was also. He said that Bob Irsay would not spend money for talent, acquiring or keeping.
But He says Jim Irsay is the opposite, and that is why the team made a real turn around after he acquired the team. And with Jim, he thinks the Colts will get another Lombardy soon enough.
