The Colts

- signed C/G Josh Andrews to a 2 year deal - was recently on Philly's practice squad.

- elevated RB Jonathan Williams from practice squad to the active roster (I assume for special teams role)

- IR'ed CB DJ Killings

- Waived CB Arthur Maulet.

Nice to see accountability under Reich’s watch. Maulet would still be seeing snaps under Pags.

If Kelly is missing a couple weeks, it had to be done right?

Not really. His playing resume at the NFL level is paper thin.

My guess is that Boehm starts and that Andrews is interior depth only.

The two O-Linemen on the Colts practice squad are Garcia and Odhiambo whom are both OTs. Interior depth was only Boehm, Haeg and perhaps Good.

I would be shocked if Andrews plays any meaningful snaps.

Walk Worthy,

Hopefully, since Reich is familiar with him from his time in Philly, he knows a good deal when he sees one.

Yeah, it wouldn't have happened without the injury to Kelly, but O-Line depth is O-Line depth. Can't have enough big uglies.

I like it. Now if Kelly's knee would just get better by the Texans game, I can breathe again.

So who could be center if boehm goes down? Can haeg play this week? Moving glowinski toncenter in an emergency seems like a bad idea

This is one smart GM. There's an old saying, "Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.

It's probably more that if Andrews is pressed into emergency service he at least knows the system & terminology.

Which is why clutch is what happens when failure meets luck.

I'm sure your right. I'm just being hopeful that there is more to it.

"Clutch" is when a player, team, etc. performs in a late game situation with a close score. For the score to be close, prior team failures are required, regardless of where they happened, because if every drive of a game were successful for a team, the result would be a blowout and a shutout. So if luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity and clutch requires the additional aforementioned element of failure, then clutch is what happens when failure meets luck.

Definition of Luck is "success or failure apparently brought by chance rather than through one's own actions." Chance, not through ones actions. Preparation means you prepared for the given moment (opportunity). If you succeed its usually due to your preparation. Luck is a random action that happens and may or may not go your way.

Seneca meant for it to be you make your own luck. I suspect there was some translation loss along the way because it doesnt make sense when written in english.

good job explaining your quote, but it still sounds retarded.

My statement is IF luck is where preparation meets opportunity, then clutch is where failure meets luck. Rejecting the premise of the conditional as false technically makes the conditional true, but also irrelevant. In other words, if you don't believe that luck is where preparation meets opportunity, then the statement is basically word soup.

Your effort to appear intelligent proves otherwise. Throw away your thesaurus while you are at it, not helping. No wonder these fuckers laugh at you.

It comes as no surprise to me that someone like you would be dumbfounded by a basic principle of logic and feel the need to glorify your ignorance over it.
