I especially like the part about Clark.

Yeah a nice article, we had a quite a few rookies who saw a plenty of snaps this year, which hopefully will prove to be hugely beneficial in the next few years. The likes of Kelly, Haeg, Ridgeway, Green and Morrison saw quite a lot of game action. With Clark, Rogers, Blythe and Ferguson, Farley, Maggitt and even Frankie Williams showed some promise at times.

That's a total of 11 rookies who are likely to be around next year who will have game experience to call upon. Another training camp and preseason working with the coaches where they will now be accustomed to the speed of the NFL, and hopefully feel considerably more comfortable with what they are doing.

With that many rookies going into their 2nd years, i really don't want to see too many coaching changes, as in my opinion having to constantly learn new schemes really stunts a players development. Just take a look at someone like Alex Smith where he had 7 different offensive co-ordinators in the first 8 seasons in San Fransisco, but now with the Chiefs and the third straight year with the same coaching staff he has started to thrive and has become a decent starting QB.
