I really believe the players have quit on Pagano. They just look so disinterested. It's like they expect to lose every game now. If Irsay is too dumb to realize that, then he needs to let Ballard run the show and get the fuck out of the way.

Irsay: Well, umm, umm if Andrew were playing we would be umm a much better team. It's umm really not Chuck's fault. He needs umm to just a have a fully healthy team. Umm you know.

Lol the players got that memo. Just saw the Facebook live interview.....poor Farley got the short stick and did the player interview. To 4 questions his response was.....we just didn't execute, we gotta execute better, we flat out didn't execute. Finally, some consistency!

Before today I was of the school of thought that you let Pagano finish
out the season and then make the change. That's generally how stable
franchises do it. But today was a watershed moment. It's one thing
not to be able to make adjustments, to be unable to instill discipline,
to not understand the proper use of timeouts and challenges; but it is quite
another thing when you lose the team, when you cannot field a competitive
team. Pagano has to go now, with the full knowledge that the interim
coach wont fare much better record wise. There has to be accountability
and the stench of incompetence has to be at least ameliorated.
Does Irsay have the guts to do it? He's blown up the ship in '97 and
2011 so I'd say he does. He does seem to have some attachment to
Pagano though and that could be a factor.

In a moment of extreme irony or perhaps significant foreshadowing one of the Colts reporters did the post game interview of the Colts "player of the game"....that's Farley in case you're trying to figure out who could earn such an honor......anyway this segment is sponsored by a bank and as the reporter closed out the interview he said "this segment is sponsored by Reagents Bank". And then he shared their logo......"it's time to expect more". Indeed.

It's inevitable, the sooner it happens, the sooner we can have faith in the Colts organization again, the longer Pags stays the more dysfunctional we will become. I swear I said the same thing last year.

Well, a broken clock is right twice a day, and if a coach gets fired it is usually on a Monday, so really Wells is not risking much here.

No one's put up 50+ on us yet. But getting shut out at home by the Jags is a new low, even if they "only" put up 27 points. Second worse loss to them in history, after the 375 game.

I've been listening and while I agree with most of his rant it's been a tough listen.....he screamed for the first 23 minutes of the show....I had listened to Grady and Big Joe before him and I had to turn the volume down significantly cause he was hurting my ears. The payoff for me was he played Duke Tomatoes Lord Help our Colts....I had forgotten what a great tune it was....everybody please, get down on your knees, Lord help our Colts! Do it!

Big Joe is always measured and balanced but make no mistakes he's pretty disgusted with this bunch......players ANd coaches. It's also clear that he is still regularly in that locker room from the things he says. Some quick thoughts from what I remember over the last few weeks can be bundled in a few categories:

1.leadership.......he talks a lot about the leadership void among the talent. Some of that is based on 50percent of the roster being turned over and not having many vets. Among the defense he says Butler is the most vocal natural leader but he's lost his starting position. He's is extremely impressed with the respect that Jacoby has commanded in the locker room on both sides of the ball. He really thinks he will develop into something nice.
2. Fundamentals......no surprise it bugs the shit out of him that basic tackling is a perpetual issue with the Pagano era....he puts that on players and coaches
3.preparation/discipline....this is where his primary critique of Pags and his coaches are....nothing that we haven't discussed and frankly I don't want to rehash.

He believes that when andrew is ready he needs to play even if there is nothing left to play for.....He agrees it's time for Pagano to go......it pisses him off that Ty and Moncrief were clowning it up and giggling like little girls in the locker room yesterday after that embarrassment when their teammates were more visibly upset with the loss.....again that leadership thing. Every Tuesday he has AC on his show and he asks him what happened but he's not a dick about it. The interesting thing is last week Castanzo admitted that neither the players or the coaches had ready answers for why they keptt imploding in the second halves. I will be listening tomorrow and I'm sure there will be some interesting nuggets I'm happy to share if you are interested.

Oh, meant to share he thinks it's ludicrous that Pagano keeps the vets in when you clearly have better talent that needs to get in and have the opportunity to develop......not gonna name all the names.....you know who they are.....we all know who they are

Lol....I don't know who this guy is but I just followed your link and see he's been tweeting all day on Chuckles.....here's my favorite:

Jim Irsay is that guy who just can't let his girlfriend go, even after she's torched his house. Nine more games, Chuckles.

According to JMV, Kravit's feed is the one to watch cause he said his sources are in Irsay's office. He said earlier today that no decision has been made but it's still possible it could happen this week. I think that's like saying it may rain tomorrow. There's no real accountability to that statement.

That's pretty much what JMV was implying without saying it outright. I've always thought that JMVs source were the daughters or someone close to them. Every time Kravitz is on JMVs show they have this circle jerk patting themselves on each other's back for their sources. It drives Dakitch crazy and he's always throwing shade their way saying.....I don't have any sources but here's what I know.....they all have such fragile egos....
