Samson Ebukam’s Achilles tear is a big blow for the Colts’ pass rush (9.5 sacks last season).

But this is where the depth has a chance to really pay off.

Paye, Odeyingbo, Latu + Lewis will need to replace his production.

Sucks but Latu, Dayo, and Lewis are all capable

Yeah, that hurts. His addition last year was big.

Hang in there Samson, and come back in 2025.

Yeah he was pretty solid.

We lost some serious firepower here. I guess we're blessed to have drafted a pass rusher this year.

I would have loved to see his contribution in year 2.

This one is rough for sure... What made me feel a little better is, if I made a list of guys I don't want to go down to injury, Ebukam might not crack the top-10.

Certainly not to discount him, he played really well last year and our DL definitely drops down a peg without him.

I think I feel worse if any of these 11 guys were not on our team in '24. Arguably a couple others. Doesn't make this not suck... but could be worse I suppose.

That really sucks. From a team standpoint at least it's at a deep position, but now all of a sudden the position is a little less deep. Plus I just feel really bad for him. Hope he can bounce back. He was a real solid player.
