Another one bites the dust from the BB tree!

Just one failure after another from that fungus tree.

Brady made all of these coaches, including BB. BB has been called the greatest coach ever, and that is complete BS. Since Brady left, BB has been exposed.

The only thing I don't like about this is we don't get a chance to beat that dude when we play the Raiders later. But otherwise gtfo skippy.

You can hate him all you want. I don't like him, either.

If there is pertinent information in regard to a situation, that is important to know. In my rat's ass of an opinion, ignorance, no matter how tempting and expedient, is not a prudent route to take.

I have to admit that I'm a little disappointed that the Raiders didn't stick with him long enough to allow him to take them from dumpster fire to raging inferno that would have taken at least several years to put out. It would have served them right for hiring that Douchebag POS to begin with.

On the flip slide hopefully this lines things up for him to replace Belicheat, b/c the Cheats and McDickface deserve each other.

I assume that Dodds will once again be on the Raiders interview list for their GM position.

The Raiders were the team that he broke into the league with.

Dodds interviewed the last time after Mayock was let go.

But in that interview process, Mark Davis was already pairing together potential GM + Coaches.

Dodds was paired with Jim Harbaugh; Ziegler was paired with McVisor.

And Davis chose the latter combo package at that time.

I won't give anyone associated with that shithole franchise an ounce of credit. Success was bought by selling their souls and their integrity. Kraft, Brady, Bellicheat, and every last one of those assholes who bought into their corruption of the game can go suck a fat one and jump in front of a train

I think they are going to keep the guy that they moved in place for GM. He’s an internal guy been there for awhile. And he also finished second in the GM interviews. He might have gotten the job but McDaniels insisted on his guy. They moved him to vice president. But with the firing they promoted him to GM.

There are some rumors that if the Colts win in Germany, that Belicheat will be fired. It has been reported throughout this season that his seat is getting warm and that the Kraft family is upset with the state of the team.

https://nypost.com/2023/11/06/sports/bill-belichick-could-be-coaching-for-his-patriots-job-against-colts/

By Matt Ehalt

Bill Belichick’s final stand could come in Germany.

The Boston Globe’s Ben Volin has mentioned twice in recent days it’s possible the Patriots could make a coaching change should Belichick lose to the Colts in Germany this Sunday.

A loss would drop the Patriots to 2-8 and firmly in the mix for the No. 1 pick.

Volin first touched on the topic Friday, two days before the Patriots hosted the Commanders.

“Based on my conversations, I don’t think it’s 100 percent that Belichick finishes out this season. These next two games before the bye are huge, particularly the Germany game, which is practically the team’s Super Bowl for the Krafts,” Volin wrote. “If Belichick loses at home to the Commanders and then to the Colts, and comes home from Germany with a 2-8 record, I think there’s a chance the Krafts could make the move in the bye week and install Jerod Mayo as the interim coach for the final seven games.”

The first result needed for that hypothetical to come into play happened Sunday when the Patriots fell to the Commanders, 20-17.

That leaves Sunday’s game against the Colts — the team at the center of DeflateGate — as a potential franchise-defining contest.

The Colts (4-5) are two-point favorites for that game at BetMGM.

Volin didn’t use as forceful language Sunday following the Patriots’ second straight loss, but it’s notable that he touched on the topic twice in three days.

“The Patriots don’t play at Gillette Stadium again until Dec. 3 against the Chargers. Will Belichick still be the head coach?” Volin wrote. “It once seemed preposterous to consider he would be fired midseason, but if the Patriots don’t beat the Colts in Germany next week, the Krafts might have to consider doing it during the Week 11 bye.”

A lot would go into such a decision, especially since Belichick reportedly signed a “lucrative” extension earlier this year, but Kraft perhaps has seen enough.

The Patriots are 27-31 since Tom Brady left town with one playoff appearance — a 47-17 loss to the Bills during the 2021 season — in the last three years.

Kraft reportedly already has a “home run” hire in mind to replace Belichick in Titans coach Mike Vrabel, which fuels the fire that a move could be coming sooner or later.

It the Cheats fire Bellicheat mid-season, that would make my year.

Not only would he be out of the NFL (although some crazy team could decide to hire a 72 year old coach), but with the news a couple of weeks ago of a new contract extension, it would cost Kraft a mint.

Win - Win.

Get belicheat fired and Vrabel out of the division? That’s a win win scenario. Although I’m not sure either would happen.

Jerod Mayo is the coach in waiting in New England. If Belicheat is fired, Mayo will be the interim.

While it would be a treat to think a loss to the Colts gets that fucker fired, I just can't see any good reason to believe Kraft would do that to the guy who built a 20 year dynasty and quadrupled his wealth.

Because the NFL is all about, "What have you done for me lately?" And lately, the Cheats have not been good. 20-23 over the last 3 years (2-7 this year) with 1 playoff appearance, which happened in 2021. Apparently even Belicheat doesn't have the goodwill to weather that storm.

I think that you are correct ...... if anything, Kraft probably views Belichick as someone who is getting the most out of a sub-par team. They have gotten blown out twice, but 4 of their other 5 losses have been very close games, and they have an upset win over the Bills. Kraft is not George Steinbrenneresque in regard to being short-sighted and impulsive regarding hiring-and-firing head coaches, and/or demanding that players who have a bad game or 2 be jettisoned from the team.

Which is not to say that there is no chance that Belichick will get fired, because HE MAY get fired ...... it's just that Kraft's behavior, up until this point, has been more like that of the Rooney family and the Steelers (the Steelers have had 3 head coaches since 1969, which is more than half a century) than that of the late, reactionary and impulsive George Steinbrenner.
