Sure glad the Colts fired Marcus Brady. The offensive was so much better against the Pats.

Reich is such a dick. Blaming Brady for these offensive woes is like blaming the janitor for the Titanic sinking. Reich had to blame someone other than himself, so Brady had to go. I can't even stand watching Reich on the sidelines anymore, selfish prick.

Offensive line is garbage, but lets fire Brady. How stupid is that? I don't even know much about Brady, but he got a raw deal from Reich in my opinion. This had to be one of the worst offensive performances I've ever seen from the Colts

I don't understand how the OL coach still has a job.

I don't understand how the OL coach still has a job.

I doubt Strausser's contract will be renewed next season.

I said it before and I will say it again - I think the main reason why Strausser kept his job and Brady did not was because the Colts didn't like the in season replacement options for OL Coach.

Mawae is still relatively new to coaching and we don't know how "good" he is at the job. FWIW, Mawae previously was an assistant line coach with the Bears for one season and he was not retained.

The only other coach on the staff who had recent OL coaching experience was TE Coach Klayton Adams (the current LB Coach had some experience 30 years ago as a member of the Houston Oilers coaching staff). The Colts could have combined the roles and made it OL + TE Coach but they may not have liked that idea with several young TE's on the roster. Considering what a dumpster fire the OL is - you know he probably would have had to devote most of his time to the OL.

Yeah, but here's the thing. The Colts could go grab some homeless guy out on the street and give him Stausser's job and things wouldn't get any worse. Why not give Mawae a chance? He might actually get in the OLs faces and tell them the truth about what giant pussies they've been all season. Might motivate them to actually show some pride and give a decent effort for a change.

Been saying same thing about Frank. Any HS coach out there who can string together the words go fight win, would be an upgrade over that emotionless stooge.

Are you sure about that?

Perhaps you are suggesting that the Colts should track down the former poster Tom Simpson for the job.

I am sure all of the OL struggles can be traced back to their starting stance prior to the ball being snapped.

Hell, Tom Simpson might be an upgrade. At least he would have them in the proper stance.

Yikes - can you imagine his press conferences with the media?

The beat writers may not even get a question in because he will launch into a 60 minute speech on the importance of fullbacks.

Absolute shit show here. This team is either in big trouble or just needs a complete rebuild. I'm for option two. Almost unwatchable as it is now

It would still be more interesting than listening to Reich telling us how close we are, when we keep getting further and further away.

The OL gave up 9 sacks to a team that was averaging 1.75 sacks/game prior to playing us. Yes, I'm sure that it can't get any worse.
