I think if we fire Frank, it would take less time than that. The talent is here, but we have the wrong QB and the wrong HC for it to work.

I think Irsay should keep Ballard but they have to find a HC that is legitimately competent. I do not think brining in someone for their first go-round is wise here.

Gotta tank and bottom out so we have a top three draft pick for a franchise QB. We won't do that, and we continue to have highly paid players in spots that don't ultimately matter. We're in purgatory. The absolute worst place to be. Houston fired the preacher Jack Easterby. Don't be surprised if they catch up and pass us by before we get better.
