Reggie will make every single one of them better, even the ones who get cut from the team. He expects and demands excellence. Reggie is one of my all time favorite Colts.

So why isn't this man's jersey retired?

Great I guess but I wouldn’t expect Frank to say anything different.

Their performance this season will be the true test.

I have changed my opinion on this. I think it would be aspirational for a young guy to wear 87, 88, 13....

The front office has usually waited a few years. He will be up there

Perhaps waiting for his enshrinement into "Hall of Fame" ?

His jersey will not be retired. The only modern era Colt who's jersey will be retired is PM.

Retiring jerseys is only for the elite of the elite players.

I mean Edge's jersey should probably be retired but he shares a number with Mike Curtis. It's actually sad for me to see Julian Blackmon wearing that number.

Yeah, if it were so unbelievable, then why did the hire him? I think he is doing exactly what they believed he would do for the WRs.

Parris Campbell seems to have picked up in camp, and not in the way of years past where there would be tons of fluff pieces on him, because I haven't seen those this year. What I have seen is him catching a lot of balls from Matt Ryan and seemingly developing into one of Ryan's favorite targets. Maybe it's Reggie Wayne having an impact, maybe it's Matt Ryan helping out, or maybe it's Parris finally being healthy, but if he can stay healthy and plays in season like he's played in camp, he might finally live up to past expectations. Big ifs on that, of course, especially the staying healthy part for Campbell.

Probably a combination of all those things. Accuracy certainly helps the performance of a receiver.
