Saying a lot of interesting stuff...

Says firing Pep was his worst decision

Pagano didn’t like pep felt like he wasn’t “one of the guys”

He asked about Luck hurting himself snowboarding Grigson said “ he didn’t help himself “ he also said he wishes he would’ve talked to Andrew more.... A lot of Interesting stuff definitely check it out

He's still delusional. Trent Richardson was his worst decision.

Just damn glad Pagano and Griggs are gone. Neither one of them was worth a shit, especially Griggs.

Yea Pep might have been better than we sometimes give him credit for but he still wasn't a great OC. Firing him wasn't so bad. That offense was a mess sometimes.
Giving up a 1st rounder for Trent Richardson. my god.

He said Irsay was against giving up a 1st but thought it was a move to put them over the top

Jim hung on to Grigs and Pags for too long. He should've booted them instead of having that pat them on the shoulder kumbya meeting.

Yes, and...

If he lets them go a season before he did, we don't have Ballard and Reich. So it's all worked out, to me.

I just enjoy hearing the behind the scenes stories about how things went

Still crazy to think they cut everyone but Wayne and Mathis and made the playoffs with a rookie QB

A generational talent rookie qb. What could have been.

Indeed. I'm somewhat concerned we're going to be dealing with that in Lawrence. I can't wrap my head around the idea of Jax being really good.

Lawrence has a long way to go for that to be the case. He's going to have to learn how to read defenses and make anticipation throws to succeed in the NFL. He'll bust out if he doesn't learn those things.

A Rookie Qb and a rookie HC. Jimmy Johnson is the only college coach who was successful in the NFL that I can think of. If I’m the Colts DC, I’m planning all sorts of fun and games for the first game and stuff I seldom show for the second game.

we still had Castonzo, Freeney and Bethea that first year too.

(and Jerry Hughes if we were going to make the transition to a 3-4 defense...he didn't work as a 4-3 end, but as a 3-4 OLB he worked out pretty good in Buffalo, so after letting Freeney go it as a so-called poor scheme fit, it made no sense to let Hughes walk too)
