Strachan said he was disappointed with his 4.5 40-yard dash time. Said he had . . . . a bench press (20 reps) right before . . . his sprint . . . and thinks it slowed him down.

Chad Henry says Strachan was in phenomenal shape at West Virginia's Pro Day. Says when the WRs went to run the routes, it was clear Strachan had been working on it even though he didn't get to play last year.

Strachan: "I'm a playmaker. I'm coachable and I'm going to give championship effort."

Strachan says he doesn't have an extensive special teams background. Played a little bit in 2017.

Colts timed him at 4.46. Let the Roy Hall hype start again. Still If I’m taking a late round flyer, that the type of player I gamble on.

I like it for a 7th round pick, guy probably spends some time on the practice squad and never does anything, but pretty low risk.
