Well the author is wrong that this data "makes the odds low" that Pagano + Luck will ever win a superbowl (because that's not how probability works), but it at least is some evidence that Pagano sucks.

Or Rod Dowhower from 1985-1986 with a 5-24 record.

Or Lindy Infante from 1996 - 1997 with a 12-20 record.

Since then:

Thinking about your list, made me think about some of the other HC's the Colts had. One was Teddy Marchibroda who was 30-34 from 1992-1995, but he did have the Colts in the AFC championship game against the Steelers which they should have won.

Yep, pretty sure it wasn't Ballard's call. Unless Pagano mysteriously transforms into a decent head coach, this should be his last year. 5 years of watching Pags has been enough for me though, he's pretty clueless.
